Now that I have entered the ranks of the smart phone users, I see how irritating it is to try to read this blog on an Android. Luckily, blogspot has custom templates for mobile devices. It's activated now, so go ahead and read us on your phone, and you shouldn't have to twiddle your fingers quite so much.
Ach, that might as well be written in Sanskrit for all the sense I can make of it. How I miss wax tablets.
ReplyDeleteOh, wow. Thanks Russell. Had I known about this I'd have done it ages ago. Big improvement in readability.
ReplyDeleteMeh, thats what RSS readers are for. I use to use newsrob as it synced to google reader, but the google reader mobile site is pretty nice and the android app is really good as well.
ReplyDelete(as a plus RSS readers will sync and allow for offline viewing if you happen to be in a bad reception area without wifi)
Cool! Does it work as well with iPod?
ReplyDeleteIt apears its not working for Brazilian Nokia!
ReplyDeleteThis is a large improvement on my DX, one that I've really been hoping for - it was a nightmare trying to read posts before.
ReplyDeleteI don't get it. I read the blog in my Android HTC Desire and it always came in a collumn, screen-wide, that you only scrolled down to read. If you changed the text size, the text would rearrange itself so that it woud still be in a single column screen-wide. What was irritating? Btw for some reason i still get the normal page instead of the mobile
ReplyDeleteOf course you do it AFTER the Ray Comfort ep...

Cool! God can read it on his iPhone...
ReplyDelete"I refuse to prove that I exist," says God, "for proof denies faith, and without faith I am nothing."
"But," says Steve Jobs, "the iPhone is a dead giveaway isn't it? It could not have evolved by chance. It proves you exist, and so therefore, by your own arguments, you don't. QED."
"Oh dear," says God, "I hadn't thought of that," and promptly vanishes in a puff of logic."
(With lots and lots and lots of apologies to Douglas Adams and most of the human race. What am I drinking, tonight? :-) )

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
ReplyDeleteCan I activate just such a template on my blog without messing with the custom HTL I have employed?
ReplyDeleteThanks Martin.
ReplyDeleteI appreciate it!
I still don't see the difference... :-(
